Konjit Berhane Eshetu is the passionate humanitarian leader and driving force behind RAS Global. With a background in law and development economics, she has dedicated her life to breaking the cycle of poverty and adversity in Ethiopia.

Her journey began by working directly with vulnerable young people, addressing their immediate needs while investing in their long-term development. Konjit's experiences extend beyond Ethiopia, having participated in international leadership programs and collaborated with leaders worldwide to find solutions to poverty and inequality.

As the founder of RAS Global, Konjit brings her expertise, compassion, and strategic vision to the forefront of humanitarian efforts in Ethiopia. Her commitment to holistic development, coupled with her strong leadership skills, makes her a true champion for change.

Hanna Arayaselassie: A Leader in Public Service and Humanitarian Action 

Hanna Arayaselassie is a co-founder of RAS Global and a prominent leader in Ethiopia, known for her roles as Minister of Justice, former Commissioner of the Ethiopian Investment Commission, and CEO of Ethiopost. Her diverse experience in public service, coupled with her strong academic background and commitment to humanitarian work, makes her a driving force for positive change in Ethiopia. Hanna is passionate about empowering communities, promoting economic development, and advocating for the rights of vulnerable populations.
