About RAS Global
Who We Are
RAS Global is a humanitarian organization founded in November 2023 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. We exist to respond to urgent needs caused by conflict and climate shocks, especially internal displacement, and to invest holistically in people’s wellbeing (spiritual, intellectual, physical, and emotional) so communities can rebuild with dignity.
Our work focuses on addressing the urgent humanitarian needs of vulnerable populations affected by conflict and natural disasters. We recognize the unique challenges faced by internally displaced persons and work tirelessly to provide relief, support, and opportunities for recovery. We work hand-in-hand with local and international partners to address the root causes of displacement and poverty, championing justice and equality for all internally displaced persons.

Recent Field Highlights
Debre Birhan (Amhara) — December 2023:
Delivered 9,000+ energy biscuits and powdered milk, reaching an estimated 12,000 children across three IDP camps.
Mekelle (Tigray) — December 2023:
Humanitarian support across three Seba Kare camp sites; distributions reaching 9,000 people, including targeted church outreach (40+ boxes via Catholic Church; additional boxes via Mulu Wongel Church).
